Sueños Compartidos is a nonprofit corporation organized in the state
of Texas. The organization is managed by a three-person board of directors.
Tomás Davis Tomás has a long history of experience in Latin
America. Beginning with a missions trip to Monte, Argentina in 1991, he has traveled to Costa Rica, Panama, Venezuela,
Colombia, and Mexico. From 2004 to 2008, Tomás was a finance and accounting professor at Tecnológico de
Monterrey in Chihuahua, Chihuahua, Mexico and Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. Additionally, he has
fourteen years of experience in corporate and real estate finance and small business management. He has a BA accounting
from Cedarville University and an MBA from Texas Christian University. Along with being the founder of Sueños
Compartidos, Tomás taught at our Mexico Christmas camp 2009 in Yurécuaro, Michoacán, Mexico, and at our
partner school Colegio Francisco Javier Cisneros in Puerto Colombia, Atlántico, Colombia during the January 2010 semester.
Tomás currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas.
David “Skip” Gardner Skip has been teaching and coaching for over fifteen years and has been
involved in cross culture experiences in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. He has gone to Namibia with an education
team; Brazil with a medical team; Bangladesh, Brazil, England, France, Holland, Namibia, Sweden, and Russia with soccer sports
ministry teams; and Italy with a music ensemble. He has a BME in music education from Cedarville University, an MA in
physical education from the University of Central Florida, and an Ed.D in educational leadership from the University of Central
Florida. He currently coaches and teaches in Seminole County, Florida.
Paul Gardner Paul is a financial professional with over fourteen years of experience focused on international trading
and emerging markets. He holds a BA finance degree from Cedarville University, and currently resides with his family in Sarasota,
Florida.
